How do we confirm a reservation?
Either check availability on our ONLINE CALENDAR for vacancy or email us at Please include your check-in/out dates, number of guests, contact info and whether or not your require parking. We will respond within 24 hours to your requests and inquiries.

From there, we send a quote with availability and request your booking information. Once we receive your complete booking details, we send an invoice for $300 booking/damage deposit via PayPal. Once payment is received, we send you a Reservation Confirmation by email with details for your check-in.

When is payment due for the rental?
Full payment is due one-week prior to your arrival date. If reservation is made less than 7 days in advance, then full payment is due at time of booking.

What does the rental rate include?
Rates includes hi-speed internet access, cable television service, unlimited local phone calls, and utilities. There is a one-time cleaning fee of $80 that applies to all rentals.

How do I get the keys?
We meet with our guests at the suite at a specified time to personally welcome and orientate you to the suite. Details are outlined in the Reservation Confirmation email.

Is there a gym?
There is a fitness room/gym in the building on the 2nd floor.

What is the maximum number of people allowed in the suite?
Our suite can accommodate up to 4 persons comfortably. There is a queen-sized pillow top Serta mattress in the bedroom, and a double-sized 10"-thick Sealy mattress for the pull-out sofa bed in the living room.

Is there daily housekeeping?
Professional cleaning is provided before and after your stay. There is no housekeeping during your stay. For stays 30 nights or longer, housekeeping is provided every 2 weeks.

Do you allow pets?
In consideration of other guests, no pets are allowed in our suite.

Is the suite non-smoking?
Our suite is strictly non-smoking. If any evidence of smoking is detected, you forfeit your damage deposit.

Is there a balcony?
Yes, there is a balcony with a patio table and chairs.

Do you have internet access? Is there a computer available?
Our suite has complimentary hi-speed internet access. We have ethernet cords to plug your own laptop in. Please bring your own laptop.

Is there a phone? How much is it to make a call?
Our suite has free unlimited local calling. Please use a pre-paid calling card for long distance calls, which can be purchased at the corner store downstairs in the building.

How big is the suite?
The suite is 500 square feet with a 180 square feet balcony.

How far is the grocery store?
There are several grocery stores within a 2 block radius. The closest is Nestors Market. We provide an information package which includes maps and details of grocery stores, coffee shops, and local restaurant recommendations close by.

Can we walk to local attractions?
Our downtown location affords you more time exploring and less time traveling. In less than a block, you can walk to Pacific Centre Mall, Vancouver Art Gallery, Yaletown, Robson & Granville Street.
